THE PROPERTIES

We have secured only 15 LOFT APARTMENTS only a few minutes to the beach walking and 10 minutes into Corralejo town centre in Fuerteventura.

 

The apartments are built in an open plan "studio style" but with a split level mezzanine floor dividing the lounge/bedroom from the dining area and kitchen. The full fitted bathroom is also separate.

We have only 6 units left on the 1st floor Penthouse lofts and 20 garden lofts.

 

They all have a huge 71m2 interior space, have bathroom and kitchens fully fitted and equipped, they come fully furnished with a "hideaway" bed for during the daytime which is actually integrated into the wall and pulls out of a drawer space! Air-conditioning is installed, the units have a storage room and the floors are wooden parquet style. They all come fully furnished.

The complex itself is private, has a parking space per unit, tennis, lagoon swimming pool and Jacuzzis. They are only a few minutes walk to the beach and have sand dunes in front. Some of the Penthouse units will have sea views.

 

The ground floor units we have available have 71m2 with between 20 and 205m2 of garden depending on which unit you choose.

The Penthouse lofts have 71m2 inside space plus a further 71 -85 m2 of solarium roof terrace.

Corralejo is also included in the kite surf and wind surf world circuit thanks to its famous “the flag beach”. Across the bay lies Lobos Island with one of the most unique sea beds in the Canaries, it is perfect for scuba diving and has more than 25 international schools.
